Anter Venus as the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs led this workshop by providing several directions, one of which explained the direction and policy of university research, "Research is the backbone of the development of UPNVJ, there are approximately nine points for university policy, including roadmap -based research, programs studies and expertise because each lecturer must have their expertise, relevant research, online -based governance, output-based research orientation and benefits, strengthening of study centers/groups of knowledge, special treatment of innovation research (patents) and RPI, strengthening of reputable international publications, collaboration research in the field of science/institution and research integration with students”. In addition, there were eight messages from the Chancellor for strengthening international publications in 2020 delivered by Anter Venus, "Training on exploiting the characteristics and themes of reputable international journals, provision of practical international journal writing strategy books, international journal assistance clinics, Scopus Club and Scopus -based journal mapping, familiarization of research validation instruments (Mendeley, Turniti, etc.), accuracy and evaluation of processes, methods and validity of research results, national/international research collaborations, and strengthening of study centers/groups of knowledge". he said
The activity continued with the presentation of the roadmap from each faculty and study program.
