HumasUPNVJ - As an effort to systematically optimize the UPNVJ Merdeka Learning Campus (MBKM) program flow system. Based on this, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team held discussions to determine the right design and according to the needs of the 9 available MBKM programs.
Ade Hikma Tiana, one of the ICT team, explained clearly about the system starting from the initial stages of the independent student registration flow, so that students can enter the data system according to the available MBKM program.
On the occasion, Tiana represented the ICT team accompanied by Satria Yudhia Wijaya, SE., MS.Ak as the head of the MBKM pocket book preparation team, explaining the limitations of what could be done or could be included in the MBKM flow system,
Satria added that the system already had an initial design but there were many things that needed to be discussed to provide input regarding the system design that was available and developed later.
In their input, the ICT team will later connect MBKM data with student academic system data.
This is in line with the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Anter Venus MA, Comm, in his briefing, said that the other main target besides the MBKM guideline or pocket book is the design of an effective system in its implementation.
"Our target is to tidy up business processes related to MBKM, the first step is to tidy up all the regulations, the main thing is to make guidelines and system designs, then proceed with recruitment and promotion, then evaluate and end with reporting," said Anter Venus in his direction to the pocket book preparation team MBKM, on Monday (22/11/21).
This was also supported by Satria who said the results of today's discussion of the ICT team could drive the ideas provided by team representatives for each program, so that the system designed would later suit the needs of the 9 MBKM programs.
