Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) held a socialization of new student admissions for 2026 at SMA Negeri 28 Tangerang Regency on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The event, titled PMB socialization, was attended by 318 grade XII students and teachers, with the aim of providing information on the SNBP, SNBT, and independent selection paths. Speakers Anisa Triselia and Ramzi Zainal Abidin from the UPNVJ Public Relations team explained preparation strategies, registration stages, and tips for adapting to college, which were enthusiastically received by participants through interactive questions and answers and quizzes with prizes.

The socialization took place in the school hall using an interactive format to build student interest in UPNVJ as a Public Service University (PTN BLU). Participants actively asked about scholarship opportunities, campus facilities, and career prospects for graduates, while a quiz segment sparked lively excitement as students competed for answers. This activity successfully opened students' minds to the importance of early preparation, including strengthening report card scores for the SNBP and practicing UTBK questions for the SNBT, thereby raising awareness of the competition for state university entrance.

This program is part of UPNVJ's efforts to expand access to information about the National Selection for Admissions (PMB) in the Tangerang area, which saw an increase in applicants last year thanks to a similar program. This outreach program supports synergy between high schools and state universities in developing a college-ready young generation, with an emphasis on character education and National Defense, UPNVJ's vision.
