RULES OF COMPETITION

Registration for contestants is free of charge.
Contest participants are students who are still active as students (not alumni) of the D3 or D4 accounting program as of April 12 2019, as evidenced by a valid KTM (Student Identity Card) scan.
Contest participants register on behalf of individuals (not teams) even though in the process of making a video presentation, contest participants involve several parties.

Registration is done by filling out an electronic form that can be accessed via the i link: bit.ly/penregistran_lpabi no later than March 30 2019 at 23:59 WIB Contestants can choose one of the three topics as follows:
Financial Accounting
Indonesian Taxation
auditing
The duration of the presentation for each participant is a maximum of 10 minutes.
Presentations are conducted in English
Include a greeting for AA YKPN at the beginning of the presentation, with the following sentences:
Thank you to YKPN Yogyakarta Accounting Academy, the leading in vocational accounting education, for facilitating the competition of accounting presentations in English, and congratulation to your 49th anniversary

Include a closing statement at the end of the presentation, with the following sentences:
Thank you to YKPN Accounting Academy, our reliable partner in vocational accounting education

Video files of presentation recordings included in this competition are in the following formats: .MOV, .MPEG4, .AVI, .WMV, .MPEGPS, or .FLV

The presentation work file is prepared in the form of a compact disc (CD/DVD) then sent to the 2019 LPABI competition committee at the address

Acceptance of competition works by the committee no later than April 4 2019. Acceptance after that date will be disqualified.
Presentation recording files have never been or are not currently being entered in a similar competition outside of AA YKPN.
Each contestant is only allowed to submit 1 video presentation work.
The presentation work that is declared the winner becomes the property of the competition committee. The committee has the right to use all submitted works for the purposes of publication and documentation of activities. Copyright for the work remains the property of each contestant.
Presentation works that do not comply with the provisions will not be included in this competition.
Announcement of winners will be uploaded on the website www.aaykpn.com on April 12 2019.

B. ASSESSMENT

Assessment is carried out in layers by two teams of judges who are determined by the competition committee.
Each jury gives an assessment based on predetermined scoring criteria.
The results of the first tier judging will recommend works that are declared eligible to take part in the second tier judging.
The results of the second layer of judging will determine the winner of the competition.
The determination of the winner of the competition is based on the accumulated scores of each jury for each work.
The assessment is written directly on the assessment form provided by the competition committee.
The results of the jury's assessment will be recapitulated by the competition committee and the results are ratified by the jury in front of the main competition committee.
The decision of the jury cannot be contested.

C. VALUATION COMPONENTS

1. Mastery of presentation material, including skills in exploring material (50%).
2. Skills in organizing presentation material systematically (20%).
3. Skills in choosing words and constructing sentences effectively (10%).
4. Accuracy of word pronunciation (10%)
5. Appearance, including skills in using gestures and eye contact (10%).
