UPNVJ Public Relations – The “Veteran” National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) completed a series of Preparation and Assistance for the 2026 Public Information Disclosure Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev KIP) Documents on Tuesday (September 8, 2026). Taking place since Sunday (September 6), the activity involved the UPNVJ Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) Team with the Assistant Expert of the Central Information Commission (KIP), Siti Azizah, SH, MH, as the main resource person. For three days, the team audited and classified documents, analyzed the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) instrument, synchronized data, and verified supporting evidence. UPNVJ targets submission of documents via the E-Monev application on September 8, earlier than the deadline of September 28, 2026.

This step is part of UPNVJ's efforts to strengthen its transparent, accountable, and accessible public information governance. The KIP Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) is not simply an examination of the completeness of public agency administration. This evaluation measures compliance with the announcement, provision, and delivery of accurate public information, the development of information service systems, and the assurance that exempted information is managed in accordance with regulations. State universities are one of seven categories of public agencies participating in the 2026 KIP Monitoring and Evaluation.

Preparation for UPNVJ began on Sunday (6/9) through the finalization of the 2026 UPNVJ Public Agency KIP Monitoring and Evaluation. The team then conducted a review of the management of the 2025/2026 PPID period, audit and classification of SAQ instruments, and synchronization of supporting evidence for Instruments I to V. The inspection was carried out to ensure that each data has relevant, accessible, and verifiable supporting documents.

The implementation of activities refers to the PPID structure. The Chancellor serves as the PPID's superior, while the PPID Chair is held by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Cooperation, and Information Systems. The PPID's duties are supported by the Advisory Team and the information processing and documentation, information services, and dispute resolution departments.

The Information Processing and Documentation Division is coordinated by Dr. Firdaus Noor, MIKom., M.Sn., together with Ramzi Zainal Abidin, A.Md.; Afif Rahman Kurnia, SIKom.; Anisa Triselia, SIKom.; Disa Prihantini Kusuma, MIKom.; Reyhan Mahendra, SIKom.; and Bambang Suryoprayogo, SIKom. The PPID Implementing Information Services Division is coordinated by Taufik M., S.Pd., MM, while the Dispute Resolution Division is coordinated by Dr. Heru Sugiyono, SH, MH

Entering the second day, Monday (September 7), UPNVJ Rector Prof. Dr. Drs. Anter Venus, MA, Comm., delivered a mandate to the PPID Team before continuing technical activities. The team then reviewed the Public Information List, exempted information, SAQ instruments, and supporting evidence for periodic information originating from various work units.

The primary investigation was conducted with Siti Azizah, SH, MH, Assistant Expert of the Central Information Commission. The PPID team reviewed each document individually to ensure it met the SAQ indicators, the accuracy of the website addresses, the completeness of supporting evidence, and the consistency of the information available to the public. Cross-unit verification continued to ensure all information was traceable and accountable.

This accuracy is crucial because the 2026 KIP Monitoring and Evaluation assessment covers five main indicators. The maximum score for public information announcements is 25, the maximum for public information documents is 10, website development is 20, institutions are 15, and the maximum score for goods and services procurement is 30.

Public information disclosure does not stop at uploading documents. The website address listed in the SAQ must take the public directly to the information being made public, not simply to the document repository. Information that must be made public must also be accessible without restrictions that impede the public's right to access information.

These principles also serve as evaluation material for UPNVJ in developing the PPID website and the quality of digital services. Document availability, ease of navigation, information consistency, and public access are all integral components, ensuring that fulfilling monitoring and evaluation (M&E) can significantly improve information services.

On Tuesday (September 8), the process entered the final due diligence and document finalization phase. The PPID team conducted a final check of the completeness of the data and supporting evidence before submitting the documents via the Central Information Commission's e-Monev application.

The 2026 KIP Monitoring and Evaluation process will then enter the questionnaire verification stage on September 29–October 19, clarification on October 20–26, and clarification verification on October 27–30. Public bodies that achieve a minimum score of 60 in the questionnaire monitoring stage are eligible to participate in the Public Test Presentation on November 9–12, 2026. The questionnaire assessment is weighted 80 percent and the Public Test Presentation 20 percent, while a final score of 90–100 is considered Informative.

For UPNVJ, the KIP monitoring and evaluation process serves as a tool to evaluate and continuously improve the quality of information services. UPNVJ previously received the Informative award and ranked among the top 10 nationally out of 149 state universities in the 2025 Public Information Openness Award. This achievement serves as a foundation for maintaining consistency and improving the quality of information disclosure in 2026.

Under the policy of the Rector and Head of PPID, Prof. Dr. Drs. Anter Venus, MA, Comm., strengthening cross-unit coordination, data accuracy, developing digital services, and increasing PPID capacity are aimed at ensuring information transparency becomes part of university governance, not just a matter of fulfilling assessment instruments. Transparency is positioned as the foundation of institutional accountability and UPNVJ's efforts to maintain and enhance public trust.
