HumasUPNVJ - In order to increase graduation at UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ), the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) is implementing a student exchange program (Student exchange) with universities in Malaysia, namely Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UNISZA).
UPNVJ FIK students who participated in the student exchange program totaled 11 (eleven) students at UKM and 5 (five) students at UNISZA. The implementation of the Student Exchange program has started with sending UPNVJ students to UKM on July 7 2019 with a total of 11 (eleven) students consisting of 2nd semester and 4th semester students. The acceptance of UPNVJ FIK students was carried out by the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Science (FTSM) Prof. Dr. Abdullah Mohd Zin was held on July 8 2019.
The acceptance of UNISZA students at UPNVJ as many as 5 students, was carried out on the stairs l July 10 2019 with the courses that will be followed are Data Mining and Data Warehouse. The acceptance of UNISZA students at UPNVJ is carried out by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and the Dean of FIK UPNVJ. Simultaneously with the acceptance of UNISZA students, an MoU was also signed between UNISZA and FIK UPNVJ.
The program which was attended by FIK UPNVJ students was the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia's FTSM program with the name Asean Student Exchange or Mobility Program . This program was attended by other Indonesian students from Gajah Mada University, UIN Malang, Sriwijaya University, and Budi Luhur University. While participating in this program, students are placed in the Student Dormitory of Pastor Za'Ba College in the FTSM-UKM environment. Student Exchange Admissions. UPNVJ at UNISZA will be held starting on July 14 2019 with the submission of 5 students.
The expected outcome of this Student Exchange activity is to provide experience to students in international scientific and social associations. This experience will provide an increase in the quality of student knowledge that has an impact on the FIK UPNVJ environment.
