Public Relations of UPNVJ – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) is collaborating with iNews Media Group to present Campus Connect x Music Zone in order to enliven the celebration of the FISIP UPNVJ Anniversary. The activity, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, starting at 06.30 WIB on the UPNVJ campus, Jakarta, will feature two music groups, The Lantis and Pemuda Pesto. Through this collaboration with the media industry, FISIP UPNVJ strives to provide an entertainment space while strengthening interaction between academics.

Embracing the spirit of "Good Music. Good Vibes. Good Memories," Campus Connect x Music Zone was designed as a celebration of Dies Natalis, combining musical entertainment, creativity, and togetherness. The presence of The Lantis and Pemuda Pesto was a major draw for students and visitors looking to enjoy live music performances on campus.

In addition to providing entertainment, this event provides an opportunity for FISIP UPNVJ to build a more dynamic and inclusive campus atmosphere. Through musical performances, students, faculty, and educational staff are expected to interact in a more relaxed atmosphere outside of daily academic activities.

The collaboration between FISIP UPNVJ and iNews Media Group also demonstrates the opportunities for collaboration between universities and the media industry in organizing activities relevant to the interests of the younger generation.

Through the Campus Connect x Music Zone program, both parties present a communication approach that connects the academic world with the creative and entertainment industries. This activity also provides a space for students to learn about collaborations between educational institutions and media industry players through events held on campus.

For the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of UPNVJ, the anniversary celebrations are not only a moment to commemorate the institution's history but also an opportunity to strengthen relationships within the academic community. Activities involving entertainment and creativity are expected to foster a sense of belonging to the faculty and create positive experiences for students.

The Campus Connect x Music Zone event also reflects FISIP UPNVJ's efforts to present student activities aligned with developments in popular culture. Music is a medium that can bring together students from various study programs and backgrounds in a collaborative atmosphere.

Furthermore, collaboration with the media industry is relevant to the development of the educational ecosystem at FISIP UPNVJ, particularly in expanding interactions between the academic environment and the professional world. This relationship is expected to continue to grow through various activities that support creativity, communication, and the development of student potential.

In line with UPNVJ's development direction under the leadership of Rector Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm., this activity is part of an effort to build a higher education environment that supports the holistic development of students' potential. Strengthening non-academic experiences, creativity, and collaboration with external partners are relevant aspects in developing adaptive graduates who are able to face the dynamics of the professional world.

Through the celebration of the FISIP UPNVJ Anniversary, Campus Connect x Music Zone is expected to not only provide entertainment for the academic community, but also strengthen togetherness and open up opportunities for sustainable collaboration between universities and the media industry.
