HumasUPNVJ - Implementation of Performance Evaluation Meeting for the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) today, Wednesday (29/01/20) is the end of the evaluation agenda for evaluating the performance of the faculty dean for 2019 by the Chancellor of UPN Veteran Jakarta. Taking place in the FIK meeting room on the 1st floor, the event was attended by the Chancellor of UPNVJ and his staff and the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and his staff.
In his opening remarks, the Chancellor said that with this evaluation he could clearly know whether or not there was an increase in faculty performance. If all has been achieved, then it will continue with the signing of the 2020 dean's performance.
The Head of the Academic, Student Affairs, Planning and Student Affairs Bureau (AKPK) explained the results of the performance reports that had been received, with the assessment that 20 indicators were achieved and 15 indicators were not achieved with a percentage of 57.14%.
In this evaluation meeting the results that were submitted also received a lot of input, one of which was from Ria Maria Theresa as the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Cooperation. According to him, with a large number of FIK students, it is hoped that they can focus more on academic achievements both nationally and internationally as well as implementing student exchanges .
" The number of active FIK students is quite large, it is hoped that more achievements will be achieved both nationally and internationally. Try in the near future to re-implement and add back cooperation for student exchange activities so that students can establish relationships and exchange knowledge and culture," he said .
Not only that, Antar Venus as UPNVJ's Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs also added his input. He expects a commitment to continue to add published journals and citations. Lecturer performance will also continue to be seen by the system, consistent with lecturers in carrying out their duties.
“ This year's commitment is to try to publish a journal. We can see all of the lecturer report cards, so please pay attention, lecturers must be consistent starting from attendance. Not only that, lecturers must also teach and learn according to their own competence, which will further develop their competence, "he added.
Before the meeting was closed, the Chancellor also reminded faculties or universities to revolutionize the curriculum, the quality of lecturers so that graduates can be absorbed more quickly by the world of work by improving the quality of learning, zero percent absence of lecturers, Semester Learning Plans, limiting credits, providing references, and models. learning.
