HumasUPNVJ - The Chancellor of UPNVJ has been intensively evaluating the performance of the Dean. Performance appraisal is an activity to evaluate the performance or performance of the dean and his staff with the aim of improving performance results. This time, the Chancellor conducted an Evaluation of the Achievement of the 2019 Performance Agreement for the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN Veterans Jakarta, on Tuesday (28/01/20) in the UPNVJ FIKES Meeting Room.
As an opening, the Head of the Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation (AKPK) Dr. Drs. Suyatno, MM conveyed that this performance assessment was an assessment carried out between the chancellor and the minister which had to be achieved according to the expected indicators.
"The dean's performance evaluation is based on the chancellor's assessment with the minister using standard 7 for accreditation and in 2020 using standard 9 which will be explained in detail by the head of the LP3M section. In the future, it is hoped that this report can be submitted in accordance with the university format, because every 3 months the university evaluates it so that it makes it easier for us to re-accredit, said Suyatno.
The Chancellor also revealed that the purpose of this activity is to provide an evaluation of the Chancellor's performance achievements to the Dean in 2019. These results are not only the results of the Dean but the results of the Faculty of Health Sciences as a whole.
According to the provisional results, the percentage of the dean's performance achievements is 68.57% which includes 24 indicators that have been achieved by the Faculty of Health Sciences, which include: Number of students who are entrepreneurs, Percentage of Competency and Profession Certified Graduates, Percentage of Graduates on Time, Average GPA 3, 4, Number of students winning competitions in the national level academic field, percentage of graduates who work directly according to their fields, PDPT Reporting, holding international conferences/seminars, Organizing national conferences/seminars, Number of Semester Learning Plan (RPS) Courses, Academic Reporting, Total ratio lecturers to the number of lecturers, Ratio of permanent lecturers to the number of lecturers, Percentage of teaching staff who have competency/expertise certificates, Lecturer attendance rate in teaching, Average completion time of final project writing, SKP reports of permanent lecturers and education staff, Number of indexed international publications, The number of accredited national publications, the number of national publications (nutrition), the number of HKI registered, the number of research that is utilized by the community, innovation in the academic field, the number of scientific work citations of permanent lecturers.
With these results, the Chancellor hopes that all UPNVJ Faculties of Health Sciences can continue to work together to achieve the target percentage of 100%.
