The leadership of the Jakarta Veterans National Development University (UPNVJ) pays serious attention to the university's development which is moving very rapidly. Evidenced by the Chancellor's decision number: 242/UN61.0/HK.02/2020 concerning the formation of a working team for the development of UPN Veterans Jakarta.
"This working team was formed only for the process of accelerating university development, UPNVJ has very clear targets and its development continues to increase starting from institutions, university rankings, study programs, institutional status, research institutions, to human resource development," said Anter Venus in Ruang Nusantara 1 UPNVJ, Thursday, 27 February 2020.
The UPN Veteran Jakarta development work team will be tasked with conducting studies, preparing concepts, and developing HR development strategies and information systems in the academic, student and institutional fields.
Faculty of Health Lecturer A. Heri Iswanto admitted that he was appointed as the team leader based on a direct mandate from the university leadership.
"This is the second time I have been elected as the head of the UPNVJ development team and this is a challenge to be able to develop a bigger UPNVJ, we have a lot of good potential, we just need to add and develop it again," he said.
Heri also said the team's initial strategy was to conduct an analysis to map both internally and externally.
"The initial strategy is situation analysis to map both internal and external, only then will we determine what strategy is suitable for internal or external conditions."
The eleven names of UPN Veteran Jakarta development team members are as follows:
