HumasUPNVJ – In order to improve the performance of contract employees on campus, UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) held Rectorate Contract Employee Coordination which was held at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus, on Friday (20/08/21)

While still implementing strict health protocols, the event was attended by Dr. Ec. Prasetyo Hadi, SE, MM, CFMP as Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance who was accompanied by Suharyati, PLT Head of the General Affairs and Finance Bureau and Taufik Mu'ih Head of the UPNVJ Personnel Section.

In his coordination, Prasetyo emphasized to contract employees to uphold ethics and morals both inside and outside the institution in order to maintain the good name of themselves and UPNVJ.

"To improve the quality of work, we need to pay attention to good ethics and morals so that we can apply them properly in the world of work," said Prasetyo.

In his presentation, Prasetyo reminded the importance of morals and ethics at work. It is felt that this will go hand in hand with the excellent service that has been instilled by UPNVJ employees for a long time.

"With good ethics, synergizing with one another and not belittling other people or institutions inside or outside the institution will provide many benefits, not only for the institution where you work but for yourself," added Prasetyo.

He hopes that there will be no more things that happen out of control that could violate norms and ethics.

"With the PIKIR culture, we hope to be able to become more ethical people, have values in society and family, so that we can be committed to doing our best," he concluded.
