HumasUPNVJ - Implementation of Indonesian Student Entrepreneurship (KMI) Expo XII 2021 has officially opened, on Wednesday (17/11/21). This year's KMI chose Universitas Brawijaya (UB) as the host with the performance which lasted for three days on 17-19 November 2021.
On this prestigious occasion, UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) succeeded in delegating 3 teams. The three teams present products and services named Ambivers.id, Vilitera and Simple.byKia.
Ambivers.id is an online-based learning platform that provides soft skills and hard skills training, besides that there is Vilitera which is virtual talent management and a product that is no less special, namely Simple.bykia, a business that provides healthy snacks and drinks.
Student representatives who successfully represented UPNVJ at this year's KMI Expo included the Vilitera team including Muhammad Nurul Aripin, a student from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Adi Ramasandi, a student from FEB, and Raihan Darmawan, a student from FEB.
The Ambivers team includes Adam Merdeka a Mechanical Engineering student, Rika Diana a Mechanical Engineering student and Sanggi Asyari a FEB student. then the Simple.byKia team includes Rifqoh Irdinisa, a student of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Amelia Wulandari, a student of FISIP, and Alfi Yulaika, a student of FISIP.
Based on the report submitted by UB's Vice Rector III, Abdul Hakim, the expo participants who successfully participated this year were selected participants from more than 200 universities and 127 universities managed to take part in the offline expo with a total of 547 teams. In detail, 266 teams participated offline and 281 online.
In the opening of KMI Expo 2021 which was held offline at the Samantha Krida Building Universitas Brawijaya, UB Deputy Chancellor III, Abdul Hakim said, KMI Expo is an annual program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) which aims to improve and open relations as well entrepreneurial potential of students.
Abdul Hakim also said that the event with the theme 'Collaboration and Synergy' was expected to create space for interaction, collaboration, and innovation in order to create entrepreneurial harmony that is innovative, competitive, dynamic, and continues to grow.
KMI Expo XII was held in a blended manner, namely, online and offline . Expo booth participants and visitors are limited and must comply strictly with the Covid-19 health protocol.
