Based on Chancellor's Regulation number 3 of 2023 dated 13 January 2023 concerning Single Tuition Adjustments at the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta, it was announced to students at the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta that the application for a 50% UKT reduction category and UKT exemption for the even semester of the 2023 academic year/ 2024 as follows:

1. UKT Reduction Category 50%
   1. A UKT reduction of 50% (fifty percent) is given to students who take courses of less than or equal to 6 (six) semester credit units on:
      1. semester 9 (nine) for undergraduate students; or
      2. semester 7 (seven) for third diploma program students.
   2. The UKT reduction of 50% (fifty percent) does not apply to students receiving scholarships or recipients of other education cost assistance originating from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget, Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and/or the private sector.
   3. Administrative process for reducing UKT by 50% (fifty percent), students register on the website simukt.upnvj.ac.id by attaching:
      1. Original scan of the latest Study Result Card signed by the Academic Supervisor and Study Program Coordinator;
      2. Original scan of the stamped statement letter for taking courses of less than or equal to 6 credits (including thesis/final assignment) approved by the Academic Supervisor and Study Program Coordinator.

2. UKT Exemption Category
   1. UKT exemption is given to students with the following status:
      1. college leave;
      2. non-active;
      3. have completed all learning but have not graduated or are waiting for graduation; or
      4. currently taking a competency test.
   2. The UKT exemption does not apply to students who receive scholarships or receive other educational assistance from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget, Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and/or the private sector.
   3. The student submits an application for UKT exemption to the faculty.
   4. UKT Exemption Application Documents are uploaded via the website simukt.upnvj.ac.id with the following conditions:
      1. Certificate of leave for the Even semester of FY 2023/2024 signed by the Dean of each Faculty;
      2. Final Study Result Card signed by the Academic Supervisor and Study Program Coordinator for students who have completed all learning but have not yet graduated or are waiting for graduation; And
      3. Stamped statement letter stating that you are no longer taking courses/waiting for graduation/waiting for the results of the competency test to be known by the Academic Supervisor and Study Program Coordinator for students who are taking the competency test.

SCHEDULE OF 50% UKT REDUCTION AND UKT EXEMPTION

Note: 1. Registration exceeds the specified time limit so applications cannot be accommodated

with any reason;

2. Verification and validation of registration files is carried out by the Faculty;

3. If there are data and statements that do not match after the evaluation stage (after filling in

KRS) for applications that have previously been approved are declared invalid.
