UPNVJ Holds Technical Guidance to Increase the Role of Change Agents

Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University (UPNVJ) held a Technical Guidance activity on Increasing the Role of Change Agents for Employees in the UPNVJ Environment , on Wednesday (8/5/2024 ) at the Ministry of Education and Research and Technology Employee Education and Training Center.

The Bimtek activity was attended directly by the Chancellor of UPNVJ, Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs & Finance, Deputy Chancellor for Student Affairs & Cooperation, Head of Bureau and representatives from work units appointed as Agents of Change.

This was done in connection with bureaucratic reform within the UPNVJ environment, so the UPNVJ Change Agents were strengthened through this technical guidance. The material discussed in the technical guidance was the preparation of programs and work plans for change agents as well as change agent innovations that were integrated with each work unit's management system.

UPNVJ Chancellor Anter Venus in his speech stated that this agent of change is a driving force in work units and work units. "With this Bimtek, it is hoped that we can increase the role of change agents in creating a culture of fast, adaptive and dynamic performance. "Apart from that, the changes that the change agent wants to realize must be adapted to the character of the main services in each work unit, and with this provision, technical guidance participants can really apply it in improving services to the community, especially at UPNVJ." he explained.

The preparation of guidelines for developing Agents of Change is intended and aims to provide a reference for UPNVJ in building Agents of Change in their environment, while the purpose of compiling these guidelines is to assist in understanding the development of Agents of Change in their environment, provide guidance to agencies in planning, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of development Change Agent and provide convenience for agencies in implementing the development of Change Agents in their environment.


Lastly, the Chief Executive hopes that this Bimtek activity can improve the integrity of individual members so that it can encourage the realization of clean government administration free from practices of corruption, collusion and nepotism as well as improving the performance of individual members of bureaucratic organizations who have a high work ethic and work professionally.
