Prof. Dr. Ir. Netti Herawati, Officially Becomes Deputy Head for Planning, Finance and General Affairs at UPNVJ


Public RelationsUPNVJ - Thursday, 13 June 2024 The Chancellor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta officially inaugurated Prof. Dr. Ir. Netti Herawati, M.Si as Deputy Chancellor for Planning, Finance and General Affairs.

The official inauguration was carried out in front of university, institutional and faculty leaders at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, 4th Floor, UPNVJ Rectorate Building.

"We are in the transition period of the new Organizational Structure and Government Work Procedures (SOTK) which we have received and within 3 months we must complete the transition.

"Starting from naming the structure and so on," said Anter Venus, Chancellor of UPNVJ in his speech.

"We will have many challenges, as leaders we must have work behavior in accordance with regulations and have reasons for existing decisions. Because in the future there will be quite a lot of decisions waiting for you. "We will strengthen planning from upstream to downstream. All work carried out must also be integrated," he added.

Prof. Netti Herawati was born in Pekanbaru, Riau, January 1 1965. She is a Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University and graduated from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB).

In his speech accompanied by his beloved husband, he said that the position given to him was one of the gifts of Allah SWT which must be carried out as best as possible for the welfare of the entire UPNVJ community.

"Before I agreed to this position, thank God, I already had the blessing of my husband. I interpret this position as a gift from Allah SWT. "This position is a new field and thing for me, so I really ask the ladies and gentlemen of my colleagues to be able to direct, guide and remind me in my duties," he hoped.

"I am ready to carry out this task. Hopefully I can do my best in carrying out my duties in accordance with regulations and can improve the welfare of the UPNVJ community," he added.
