Public Relations of UPNVJ - Cleo Ardelia, a student of the Faculty of Health Sciences , National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta (FIKES UPNVJ) class of 2024, won the title of Second Place in the 2025 DKI Jakarta Generation Planning (GenRe) Ambassador Princess. This achievement was achieved in the GenRe Ambassador Appreciation event organized by the Ministry of Population and Family Planning (Kemen PPPA) in collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Province Office of Empowerment, Protection of Women and Children. The activity took place from August 16 to September 30, 2025, with the grand final at Taman Ismail Marzuki.

The event involved 36 finalists from five administrative cities and one regency in Jakarta. This national program aims to shape the younger generation as role models in family planning, education, prevention of early marriage, premarital sex, and drug and substance abuse. Cleo excelled in the Q&A session on youth issues, particularly life skills.

In an online interview with UPNVJ Public Relations, Cleo explained her motivation. "I participated in this event to make a real impact on young people. As a UPNVJ Public Health student, I believe change begins with reproductive health education, life skills, and prevention of risky behavior," she said.

Cleo added, "Although full of challenges, this achievement brings a sense of pride. Going forward, I want to continue inspiring young people to dream and grow independently." She also encouraged her colleagues at UPNVJ, "Everyone has great potential. Don't be afraid to take the leap, believe in yourself, and make a positive impact."

Cleo's success strengthens the role of the Patriot UPNVJ Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R) in fostering the younger generation. Until 2025, PIK-R has won a number of awards at the provincial and city levels, including in South Jakarta, including Cleo Ardelia FIKES - S1 Public Health 2024: Second Place in the DKI Jakarta Genre Ambassador Princess 2025, Second Place in the South Jakarta Genre Ambassador Princess 2025, Best in Head to Head Challenge South Jakarta Genre Ambassador Princess 2025, Benedicta Keysia Manik FISIP/S 1 International Relations 2023: Favorite Champion of South Jakarta Genre Ambassador Princess 2025 and Helwa Rachman FIKES/S 1 Public Health 2025, Finalist of South Jakarta Genre Ambassador 2025

This achievement is expected to encourage more UPNVJ students to participate in the GenRe program, in line with the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection's target of reducing the number of early marriages under 18 years old to below 5 percent by 2029.
