UPNVJ Improves Lecturer Competence through CIT and CIPA International Certification Training

 

 


UPNVJ Public Relations - Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) in collaboration with Quantum HRM International held training and certification for Certified International Trainer (CIT) and Certified International Personal Assessor (CIPA) for lecturers. The activity took place from Thursday, January 22 to January 31, 2026 at the 3rd Floor of the UPNVJ Rectorate Building. This initiative involved 30 lecturers and aimed to encourage institutional transformation and transform the UPNVJ Competency Testing Institute, which has been accredited by BNSP, into an international certification institution.

In addition, this training is also intended to prepare internationally qualified human resource trainers and assessors who will become the basis for the establishment of the UPNVJ international certification institution accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) and IAF (International Accreditation Forum).

UPNVJ Rector, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm, in his remarks emphasized the importance of continuous transformation. He stated that UPNVJ has 43 transformation schemes currently underway, with this international certification ensuring lecturers' competence in the learning process. "We encourage all educators to participate to improve their competencies," he said.

Furthermore, certification opens up opportunities for lecturers to become internationally certified professional assessors, in line with strengthening academic and non-academic quality. Quantum HRM International Founder, Prof. Dr. Pribadiyono, Ir., MS, delivered a speech on the urgency of improving educator competency through global standards to meet the demands of industry and education.

The series of activities included Training of Trainers (ToT) for 15 lecturers and CIPA for 15 other lecturers. Participants received direct guidance from experienced speakers, namely Prof. Dr. Pribadiyono, Ir., MS; Dr. Nuri Djati Perwitasari, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist; Dr. Ahmad Suryadi, S.Pd., M.Pd.; Dr. Hardika Prayudi Styawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., MM; and Ratna Dewi Puspitawati, S.Psi., Psychologist.
