Public Relations of UPNVJ – The Institute for Quality Assurance and Learning Development (LPMPP) of the “Veteran” National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) set the direction and performance targets for 2026 through the implementation of the Management Review Meeting (RTM) as well as the signing of derivative Performance Agreements (PK) held on Thursday (5/3/2026) in the LPMPP Meeting Room, 4th Floor of the UPNVJ Rectorate Building. This activity serves as a strategic forum to evaluate the performance achievements of the previous year while aligning work programs in order to strengthen the education quality assurance system within the university.
The meeting was attended by the LPMPP Secretary, Heads of Centers within the LPMPP, and the administrative team. Through this forum, each work unit reviewed its performance achievements and ensured that its 2026 work program aligns with the university's policy direction for improving educational quality, developing learning, and strengthening academic governance.
The Head of LPMPP UPNVJ, Satria Yudhia Wijaya, SE, MS, Ak., in his remarks expressed his appreciation for the performance of the LPMPP team throughout 2025. He emphasized that the institution's performance achievements showed very good results, with LPMPP successfully achieving first place in the 2025 Performance Agreement achievement in the bureau and institution category with a score of 99.36 percent.
"This achievement is the result of the hard work and commitment of the entire LPMPP team in optimally implementing the work program. We hope that in the 2026 Performance Agreement, all units can continue to improve their performance and maintain these achievements," said Satria.
On the occasion, Satria also explained several adjustments to the management structure of the 2026 work program. One of the changes made was the addition of a center head responsible for the Office of International Affairs (KUI) to strengthen internationalization within the university. Meanwhile, the management of higher education rankings is now under the coordination of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM).
This Management Review Meeting also served as an opportunity to evaluate the implementation of the 2025 Performance Agreement and to sign derivative Performance Agreements by all work units within the LPMPP. This step was taken to ensure each unit had clear, measurable targets aligned with the university's quality improvement strategy.
Satria emphasized that the LPMPP plays a strategic role as a key driver in strengthening the quality assurance system at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. Going forward, the LPMPP will increasingly focus on integrating quality assurance, learning innovation, and strengthening internationalization as part of efforts to improve the quality of education and the university's academic reputation.
"LPMPP must be the driving force behind university quality. The integration of quality assurance, learning development, and internationalization needs to be continuously strengthened to significantly impact the quality of education at UPN Veteran Jakarta," he explained.
At the end of the activity, Satria invited the entire LPMPP team to continue to maintain integrity, strengthen collaboration, and work professionally in achieving the set performance targets.
