UPNVJ Public Relations - Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ), through its Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation (AKK), held the Signing of the Performance Agreement (PK) for the 2026 Working Team Leaders in Nusantara Room 1 on Monday, March 2, 2026. This event serves as a strategic tool to strengthen governance, accountability, and achieve performance targets in the academic, student, and cooperation sectors for the 2026 fiscal year.
The signing was carried out by the Heads of the Working Teams within the AKK Bureau as a commitment to realizing the established work programs and performance indicators. This step addresses the need to strengthen the results-based performance management system while ensuring that each unit works in alignment with the university's vision and mission.
Dr. Asropi, Head of the Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation, in his statement emphasized that the Performance Agreement is a moral and professional commitment that must be realized through real performance.
"This Performance Agreement is not merely a formality, but rather a work guideline that must be implemented consistently, measurably, and responsibly. Each Team Leader is expected to translate performance targets into programs that directly impact improvements in academic services, student affairs, and collaboration," he emphasized.
He further stated that 2026 will require increased service effectiveness, strengthened cross-unit coordination, and adaptation to the dynamics of higher education policy. Therefore, the Head of the AKK Bureau emphasized the importance of synergy, innovation, and discipline in implementing each agreed-upon work program.
2026 is projected to be the year to accelerate the transformation of digital-based services within the AKK environment. Optimizing academic information systems, improving stakeholder satisfaction, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are key priorities. Therefore, synergy between work teams is considered crucial for the program to run effectively, efficiently, and on target.
Through the signing of the 2026 Performance Agreement, UPNVJ reaffirms its commitment to building an adaptive, measurable, and results-oriented work culture. It is hoped that all AKK Working Team Leaders will be able to carry out their mandates professionally and make a significant contribution to enhancing the university's reputation and competitiveness at the national and global levels.
