UPNVJ Begins Leadership Meeting with Gathering, Chancellor Emphasizes Synergy and Performance

Public Relations of UPNVJ – Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) held a leadership meeting that began with a post-Eid al-Fitr gathering on Monday, March 30, 2026, in the Nusantara 1 Meeting Room, UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus, South Jakarta. This activity was led by the Rector of UPNVJ, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm., and attended by the Chair of the UPNVJ Senate, Prof. Dr. dr. Basuki Supartono, SpOT, FICS, MARS., along with vice rectors, deans, heads of bureaus, heads of institutions, and field coordinators within UPNVJ. This momentum was used to strengthen brotherhood, strengthen coordination, and unify strategic steps in improving institutional performance. A warm and friendly atmosphere characterized the beginning of the leadership meeting. University and faculty leaders visited and exchanged forgiveness as part of strengthening the values of togetherness after Eid al-Fitr. This togetherness is a crucial foundation for building more open, collaborative, and productive communication between work units.

UPNVJ Rector, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm., emphasized that the gathering in the leadership forum is not just an annual tradition, but part of strengthening the institution's work culture. According to him, the spirit of brotherhood, mutual trust, and teamwork must be maintained so that each unit can move in harmony in facing challenges and encouraging the achievement of the university's targets.
