UPNVJ Public Relations – Veteran National Development University Jakarta is once again opening opportunities for prospective international students to pursue their studies in Indonesia through its new foreign student admissions program. This program is part of UPNVJ's commitment to promoting the internationalization of higher education and expanding the university's global network.

Through this scheme, international students can register for various study programs available at UPNVJ, both at the undergraduate (S1) and master's (S2) levels, starting April 17 (3:00 PM GMT+7) until May 21, 2026 (1:00 PM GMT+7). The presence of international students is expected to create a more inclusive and multicultural academic environment and enrich the exchange of knowledge between countries.

The registration process is conducted online through the university's official website. Complete information can be accessed through the international student admissions page (link to be included later), while registration is conducted through the official UPNVJ admissions portal (link to be included later).

For undergraduate programs (S1), prospective students must be a maximum of 21 years old at the time of registration, have graduated from the previous level of education as evidenced by a diploma and academic transcript translated into English or Indonesian by a sworn translator. In addition, prospective students are also required to have English language skills with a minimum score of TOEFL ITP 470, TOEFL iBT 53, or IELTS 5 that is still valid, except for participants from English-speaking countries.

Other requirements include an academic recommendation letter from the school of origin, proof of citizenship in the form of a passport valid for at least one year, a certificate of physical and mental health from a government hospital (including color blindness, drug-free, and mental health tests), and a statement of financial capability.

Meanwhile, for master's programs (S2), prospective students are required to have completed a bachelor's degree, as evidenced by an officially translated diploma and academic transcript. Higher English language proficiency requirements are required, with a minimum TOEFL ITP score of 500, TOEFL iBT 61, or a valid IELTS score of 5.5, with the same exceptions for applicants from English-speaking countries.

In addition to an academic recommendation letter, employed master's program applicants are also required to submit a recommendation letter from their supervisor. Other required documents include a passport valid for at least one year, a certificate of physical and mental health from a government hospital, and a statement of financial capability.

Academically, all prospective international students must also meet the academic grades or qualifications set by the university, take entrance exams or tests, undergo interviews, and have adequate language skills to support the study process.

This international student admission program is a strategic step by UPNVJ to improve educational quality and global competitiveness. By opening this opportunity, UPNVJ invites prospective international students to join and become part of the ever-growing and globally oriented Bela Negara campus.
