UPNVJ Public Relations – The fourth day of the Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Selection Based on Test or UTBK-SNBT 2026 at the UTBK-SNBT Center of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta or UPNVJ Limo Campus, Depok, Friday, April 24, 2026, went smoothly and without any significant obstacles. This smoothness was supported by the readiness of the committee which had been divided according to their respective duties, starting from information officers, file verifiers, health teams, room supervisors, location managers, security officers, to cleaning staff. This service scheme is part of UPNVJ's efforts to maintain order, comfort, and safety of participants during the 2026 UTBK-SNBT.
From the moment participants arrived at the exam location, UPNVJ Limo committee members were on standby at several service points to ensure the exam process ran smoothly. Information officers from UPNVJ Public Relations assisted with guidance, while file verifiers ensured completeness of administrative documents before participants entered the exam area. Security and cleaning staff also helped maintain a conducive campus atmosphere throughout the exam.
In addition to the technical aspects of the implementation, the committee also focused on the participants' well-being. On the second day of the 2026 UTBK-SNBT (UTBK-SNBT) on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, and the fourth day on Friday, April 24, 2026, several participants experienced unwell conditions. In response, the UPNVJ health and public relations team immediately coordinated with the site administrators to ensure participants received prompt and appropriate treatment.
Filia, one of the participants in the first session of the 2026 UTBK-SNBT, experienced stomach complaints before completing the exam. After being examined by the medical team and the doctor on duty, the complaint was suspected to be related to a stomach ulcer, which can be triggered by diet and stress levels leading up to the exam.
In a brief interview with the UPNVJ Public Relations team after her condition improved, Filia said that she had just completed her school's competency exam before taking the 2026 UTBK-SNBT. This condition made her schedule quite busy in the last few days.
"I just took my computer science exam yesterday, Sis. Then this is the UTBK, too, so it might be a bit hectic. But thank God, everything went smoothly," said Filia.
Filia also expressed her appreciation to the UPNVJ health and public relations team, who she noted were responsive in assisting participants. She noted that the responsive and compassionate presence of the committee provided a sense of security, especially for participants experiencing health issues during the exam.
"I really appreciate the responsiveness of the UPNVJ health and public relations team. The committee was very compassionate towards all participants, especially me and several others who had experienced poor health," he said.
The implementation of the 2026 UTBK-SNBT at the UPNVJ Limo Campus is part of the implementation of the 2026 UTBK-SNBT at UPNVJ which took place at two locations, namely the Pondok Labu Campus, South Jakarta, and the Limo Campus, Depok. The national implementation of the 2026 UTBK-SNBT took place on April 21 - May 2, 2026, and UPNVJ again became one of the UTBK-SNBT centers with optimally prepared participant services.
The committee's readiness at UPNVJ Limo is also in line with the supervision and service patterns that have been implemented since the beginning of the 2026 UTBK-SNBT implementation. UPNVJ previously put officers on standby at strategic points, starting from the campus entrance, waiting room, to the area in front of the examination room, so that participant movement remains orderly and does not disrupt the comfort of other participants.
From an institutional perspective, the smooth implementation of the 2026 UTBK-SNBT is part of UPNVJ's commitment to providing orderly, safe, and participant-oriented educational services. UPNVJ Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm, as stated on the official website of the UPNVJ University Leadership, places institutional services as an important part in building public trust in the campus. Through the readiness of the committee, strengthening field coordination, and rapid response to participants who need assistance, UPNVJ affirms its commitment to presenting the implementation of the UTBK-SNBT that is not only procedurally orderly, but also humane for all participants.
