UPNVJ Public Relations – Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) conducted a health and color blindness test for prospective students who passed the 2026 UPNVJ Independent Selection Pathway (SEMA) on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. This activity was attended by 1,304 participants as one of the stages of new student admission before entering the payment and re-registration stages and continuing the lecture process. Through this examination, UPNVJ ensures that prospective students meet the health requirements according to academic regulations and the needs of their chosen study program.
The 2026 UPNVJ Independent Selection medical examination was conducted in an orderly, systematic, and service-oriented manner. The examination was conducted by professional healthcare professionals, prioritizing the principles of objectivity, comfort, and procedural accuracy. This stage is a crucial part of the new student admissions process, assessing not only academic qualifications but also prospective students' readiness to participate in higher education.
The examination process includes height and weight measurements, blood pressure checks, vital signs, a general physical examination, visual acuity tests, and a color blindness test using standardized methods. The entire examination process is structured to ensure participants can follow the process clearly, quickly, and in a focused manner.
UPNVJ's New Student Admissions Coordinator, Fajar Nugroho, said that the health test and color blindness test are important stages to ensure that the new student admissions process runs professionally, transparently, and meets the standards set by the university.
"The health and color blindness tests are part of UPN Veteran Jakarta's commitment to ensuring that the entire new student admissions process is conducted professionally, transparently, and in accordance with established standards. We strive to provide the best service to all participants through an orderly and efficient process supported by competent healthcare personnel," said Fajar.
In addition, the Chancellor of UPNVJ, Prof. Anter Venus also expressed his appreciation to all participants who had passed the 2026 UPNVJ Independent Selection. He hopes that prospective students can immediately prepare themselves to take part in the next stage and become part of the big family of UPN Veteran Jakarta.

One of the participants, Puti Nilam Mazaya, a graduate of SMA Negeri 2 Depok who was accepted into the Accounting Bachelor's Program through the UPNVJ Independent Selection Pathway in 2026, expressed gratitude for passing her first choice. She also noted that the medical test went smoothly, supported by the friendly and helpful staff.
"My family and I were very happy when we were declared our first choice for the 2026 UPNVJ Student Admissions (SEMA) because I finally got my dream study program. I also really enjoyed the medical exam. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making the process smooth and comfortable," said Puti.
