HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta Chancellor Erna Hernawati today inaugurated and took the oath of office to Thirty structural officials within the UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) for the 2019 - 2023 period. The inauguration ceremony was solemnly held at the Bhineka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, UPNVJ Rector Building, Monday ( 02/09/19).

Officials within the UPNVJ who were appointed, namely:

In his remarks, the Chancellor of UPNVJ expressed his gratitude to the previous officials who had completed their previous duties. Hopefully, together we will continue to have a high commitment to work optimally for the progress of UPNVJ ”.

In front of the officials and employees appointed by the Chancellor , he also expressed his hope that after this inauguration it would encourage UPNVJ to be on par with other previous PTNs. High hopes are on the shoulders of ladies and gentlemen and all of us and UPNVJ's transformation into a superior university with a work culture THINK, UPNVJ has great potential for that, it's just how we have the same vision to achieve that, "said the Chancellor.

The Chancellor also added " at present all tertiary institutions, both public and private, are facing serious challenges due to the rapidly changing industrial world. Currently, changes must continue to be made, universities that are not alert to changes will naturally be abandoned. The challenges that are right before our eyes are BAN-PT accreditation, publication in reputable journals, HR qualifications, and what percentage of our graduates have been absorbed by the industry and how long is the waiting period. Foreign competitors are now legally able to enter the domestic market ”.

"The point is that we as higher education administrators cannot work as it is, we have to devote our time and thoughts, focus, be serious about running the mandate so that our students will not study in vain at UPNVJ" he added.
