HumasUPNVJ - Institute for Development, Learning and Quality Assurance (LP3M) held a Leadership Module Preparation Workshop which was held at the Aston Hotel Jakarta, Wednesday 11/27/19.

This activity was attended by approximately 15 leadership lecturers in the UPNVJ environment. Also present Dr. Iwan Kresna as the learning development coordinator for leadership courses. He also gave directions to the participants who were present to become teachers who not only impart knowledge to students but also provide a comfortable and relaxed learning experience so that lessons can be well received.

LP3M also presented Mr. Bambang Boedhianto, from PT. Sedaya Multi Investama ( HR. Division Head of Astra Financial ) as a guest speaker. In his presentation, Bambang gave material on leadership in Astra according to his experience. He shared many things related to the long process of Astra's success, "Astra can be as successful as it is now, of course it has behind the scenes , such as culture, values, and Catur Darma which must be strengthened". he said

Bambang also explained that Indonesia now needs millions of qualified students to advance the country, because one way to advance the country starts from universities. Therefore, leadership courses are really needed, especially in the industrial era 4.0 as it is today.

In addition, he also gave a message to the participants, "When respect for mutual respect is lost, it is the seed of destruction." Close it
