The UPNVJ Faculty of Medicine holds a Public Lecture on the Respiratory System Block " Envisioning Medicine in The Future + State of The Art in Surgical Treatment of Thoracic Malignancy " with Dr.med as the resource person. Dr. Sc, Dr. Yanto Sandy Tjang, SpBTKV(K), MPH, MSc, PhD, FACS, FICS, FETS who is a Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeon who practices at Premier Jatinegara Hospital.

The public lecture which was attended by 140 students was held at the Wahidin Sudirohusodo Building, Faculty of Medicine, UPN Veterans Jakarta, on Tuesday (18/02/20). The initial discussion in this public lecture was themed "Envisioning Medicine in The Future" Explaining technological advances in the field of medicine, from time to time medical technology has become more sophisticated to assist doctors' work, information is also easy to find nowadays, even though there are many technologies in the medical field. using robots but we have to work human Touch, so a doctor has to touch his patient directly.
