UPN Veteran Jakarta continues to take concrete steps to prevent the spread of Covid-19, after taking preventive measures by distributing hand sanitizers and spraying disinfectants around the campus. Starting Wednesday (25/03/20) UPN Veteran Jakarta conducted socialization of Covid-19 in the Pangkalanjati Baru area, Pancoran Mas Depok and Meruyung Depok.
With the continued increase in positive cases of corona both in Indonesia and in the world, the government is increasingly aggressive in trying to break the chain of transmission of this virus. One of them is by actively socializing the prevention either by doing physical distancing (restricting distance) to maintaining cleanliness.
In this outreach, UPN Veterans Jakarta distributed brochures and banners regarding what matters the public should understand about Covid-19 and how to prevent it.
Brochures and banners were distributed in every RT/RW in the campus environment and in several other areas. Assisted by the local RT/RW, brochures were distributed and socialized to residents. With this, it is hoped that UPN Veteran Jakarta can provide an understanding of how dangerous the virus is currently endemic and assist the government in breaking the chain of distribution of Covid-19.
