BYJ Opens Scholarships for 2021, Let's See How!

HumasUPNVJ - The Jakarta Foundation Scholarship (BYJ) opens new and advanced recruitment at the Higher Education level in 2021 which has opened from 1 July to 30 September 2021 with the following stages:

1. Submit an application letter addressed to the Chairperson of the Jakarta Scholarship Foundation

2. Residing in DKI Jakarta and studying in DKI Jakarta by attaching a DKI Jakarta KTP

3. Maximum age of 25 years on the date of submission of application

4. Minimum GPA of 3.00

5. Certificate of incapacity from the village

6. Certificate of unmarried from the village

7. Have good behavior, be honest, be diligent and not currently receiving scholarships from other agencies/institutions, stated by a certificate from the head of the higher education institution concerned

8. A written statement is able to comply with the rules set by the Jakarta Scholarship Foundation

9. Letter of approval from the parent/guardian concerned to get the scholarship

10. Attach photocopies of Student Identity Cards (active student certificates) and Family Cards

11. Proposals for scholarship applications for undergraduate program students are at the end of Semester 2, end of Semester 4, and at the end of Semester 6 each year at the opening of registration for a new school year (Semesters apply according to the year of entry, leave is still counted as the current semester)

12. Proposals for scholarship applications for D3 program students are at the end of semester 2, end of semester 4, every year at the opening of registration for a new academic year (semesters apply according to the year of entry, leave is still counted as the current semester)

ADVANCED SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

a. Download the re-registration form at www.beasiswajakarta.com/pengatuan

b. Fill out the form and return it with the following documents:

• Photocopy of GPA for semester 4 and semester 6 with an average GPA ≥ 3

• Report on the use of scholarship funds that has been received and signed by the person concerned

• Photocopy of an active passbook account with a Bank DKI savings balance ≥ Rp. 150.000,-

c. Return of the last re-registration form was received on 30 September 2021

The requirements file that has been downloaded is then printed out and signed, stamped by the Student Affairs Division/Department, delivered directly to the Secretariat of the Jakarta Scholarship Foundation Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan No. 8-9 City Hall Building Block D Fl. 3 Central Jakarta, entered into the dropbox that has been provided with the following conditions:

1. For new recruitment applications use a BLUE color folder,

2. For submission of a yellow color folder,

3. For new and advanced recruitment, write the city area of each university on the front of the map using a marker
