Ready to Hold Limited Face-to-Face Lectures, UPNVJ Holds Coordination Meeting

HumasUPNVJ - UPNVJ Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Antar Venus revealed that a number of preparations had been made by the University regarding the implementation of limited face-to-face lectures (PTM) which were planned to be held starting week 9 of lectures or on October 11, 2021. This was conveyed in the field coordination meeting (RAKORBIDAK) on Wednesday, October 6.

"Preparations that have been made include vaccinating educators (lecturers), education staff (tendik), and students, preparing the CareProtection QR Code , checking temperatures and other activities in accordance with health protocols, as well as coordinating with the Covid-19 task force and the government. local government, including Polda Metro and the Tourism Office," said Venus

Venus added, "The implementation of this limited PTM is currently still prioritized for students in the 2020 and 2021 batches with a maximum class capacity of only 50 percent. The face-to-face meetings that will be carried out are not only for lectures and practicums but also apply to mentoring activities and final assignment sessions. Apart from these activities, they are not allowed to enter the campus location,” he concluded.

On the same occasion, Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance, Prasetyo informed that he had prepared Smart Classroom lecture rooms, totaling 24 classes spread across 7 faculties, "Out of 7 faculties, all faculties have already carried out trials using this room. This Limited Face-to-Face Lecture is carried out in line with the Joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture, Minister of Religion, Minister of Health, and Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 03/KB/2021, Number 384 of 2021, Number HK.01.08/MENKES/4242/2021, and Number 440-717 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning During the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic which was later also translated into a Circular Letter of the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 4 of 2021 about Face-to-Face Learning for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

UPNVJ itself has issued a Circular Letter. No. 66/UN61/2021 concerning Implementation of Odd Semester Learning Years 2021/2022 and Circular Letters. No.111/UN61/2021 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Face-to-Face Learning TA. 2021/2022 as the basis for the implementation of this Limited PTM.
