HumasUPNVJ - Quoting an article from kemdikbud.go.id, the implementation of limited PTM must follow the arrangements contained in the SKB 4 Ministers concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The SKB lists things that must be done by all members of the education unit while implementing limited PTM, especially health protocols. Some of them include: always wearing a mask while in the education unit, washing hands with soap and running water or hand sanitizer, maintaining distance, and applying coughing and sneezing ethics.
UPN Veteran Jakarta of course also implements this policy in accordance with the rules and directions from the Ministry of Education and Culture. Before this limited PTM was carried out, UPNVJ held outreach to lecturers and educational staff which was carried out online (7/10) and later it would be socialized to all UPNVJ students.
Representing the Chancellor, the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Anter Venus opened the socialization activity by giving several directions to all the lecturers present, "We have had a final meeting for the socialization of this Face-to-Face Learning, and today we are conducting outreach to the lecturers in each faculty. to later convey this important information to all UPNVJ students. Procedures, infrastructure and technical facilities related to the rules that apply to all UPNVJ academics including educational staff who will be active on campus. Most importantly, all lecturers, students and staff are required to vaccinate. As explained by the Chancellor some time ago, in the implementation of face-to-face lectures there will only be two sessions per day facilitated by a sterilization process every hour, in each class. However, if later this limited PTM runs safely and effectively we will add one more session so there will be three sessions per day," explained Venus.
"Message from the Chancellor, we are holding this lecture based on permission and an open opportunity to conduct face-to-face lectures following the direction of the Minister of Education and Culture, but what needs to be considered, basically, in the implementation of this PTM is the safety and security of the UPNVJ academic community, starting from students, lecturers and also students. We must optimally enforce health protocols so that we can ensure that this limited PTM will not have a negative impact on all of us. The Chancellor's next policy will be seen from the results of an evaluation of Covid-19 control on campus. Hopefully everything will go well," he concluded.
The Socialization of Face-to-Face Learning at UPNVJ was continued with an explanation from Satria Yudhia, Head of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M), "This limited PTM starts on October 11, 2021 and of course we all hope that the situation can run as effectively as possible. As explained by the Deputy Chancellor earlier, in the implementation of this PTM, the most important thing is the safety and security of the UPNVJ academic community," said Satria.
