UPNVJ Becomes the Location for the SKD CPNS Examination of the Ministry of Education and Culture

HumasUPNVJ - The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud) has released a schedule for basic competency selection (SKD) for prospective civil servants (CPNS) for 2021. The Ministry of Education and Culture has issued detailed lists of participants, times and locations for exams in several provinces.
The Jakarta Veterans National Development University (UPNVJ) Pondok Labu Campus is one of the facilitation locations for the exam.

Dr. Erna Hernawati, Ak. CPMA, CA, CGOP The Chancellor of UPNVJ gave a message to the SKD participants to stay focused when taking the exam, he also hoped that this exam would run according to the rules, be objective and transparent and hopefully achieve things as expected.

"Our hope is that the examination that takes place can be in accordance with the rules, namely remaining objective, safe and transparent. Good luck everyone, I hope today's test will run smoothly so that you get the right results." said the Chancellor in his speech.

According to the schedule given by the Ministry of Education and Culture, UPNVJ will be the location for SKD implementation from October 4 to October 12, 2021, with a total of 3,300 SKD test takers at UPNVJ.

There are 7 rooms provided with a room capacity of 100 participants each day which are divided into 4 sessions.

In accordance with existing regulations, this year's SKD CPNS Kemendikbud will be held with strict implementation of health protocols (prokes). This is done to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 during the SKD exam.

Through Announcement Number: 59520/A.A3/KP.01.00/2021, the Ministry of Education and Culture released a number of requirements that must be met by examinees regarding the implementation of the health program, as follows:

- Participants are required to fill out and print the Healthy Declaration Form through https://sscasn.bkn.go.id within 14 days and no later than 1 day before the scheduled exam

- Participants who are in the Java, Madura and Bali regions must have received the vaccine at least the first dose

- Participants who cannot receive the vaccine (pregnant/breastfeeding, have co-morbidities, or suffer from COVID-19 before 3 months) are required to obtain a Government Doctor's Certificate from a Government Hospital/Puskesmas stating that the participant cannot be given the vaccine because of this condition.

- Participants are required to take an RT PCR swab test for a maximum period of 2 x 24 hours or a rapid antigen test for a maximum period of 1 x 24 hours with negative or non-reactive results prior to the test.

- Participants must wear a double mask consisting of a 3-ply mask (3 ply) and a cloth mask on the outside. Participants are also recommended to use face shields or face shields with masks as additional protection.

- Participants must maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter from other people

- Participants must wash their hands using soap and running water or use a hand sanitizer.

- Participants will have their body temperature measured before entering the test location.
