Pursuing Superior Accreditation, UPNVJ Holds Coordination Meeting

HumasUPNVJ - In connection with the accreditation improvement process to become Superior accreditation, UPN Veteran Jakarta continues to strive to achieve this superior accreditation. One of the ways is by holding a coordination meeting directly by presenting a resource person who is an expert in their field, Dr. Muhammad Rosiawan, MT as Lecturer in Industrial Engineering at the University of Surabaya, Board of Trustees for the East Java Standardization Society, Lead Evaluator for SNI Award – BSN and has been an instructor in several other activities.

Similar to the previous coordination meeting activities, this activity was attended by approximately 13 participants including the Chancellor and Deputy Chancellors, all Deans from seven UPNVJ faculties, Ka. LPPM and Ka. LP3M which was held at the Ciputra World Hotel in Surabaya while still adhering to strict health protocols in accordance with government directives. (1/11/21)

Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Anter Venus opened the activity with his remarks, "There are many study programs at Ubaya that have superior accreditation and even international accreditation, therefore this meeting can be a forum for us to dig up a lot of important information for UPNVJ, hopefully we can absorb a lot of information." well that produces good output , “he said

Rosiawan in his presentation explained the introduction to the UNESCO Global Vision 2030, "Discussing the UNESCO Global Vision 2030, the first is the obligation to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities, the second, shift from learning to know and do to learning to to be and live together to overcome the problems faced by citizens of the world and the third is to meet the learning needs about knowledge, skills, values and attitudes," he explained in detail

In addition, Rosiawan also discussed several matters related to the main concepts of SNI ISO 21001: 2018 and the differences from SNI ISO 9001: 2015 to the requirements of SNI ISO 21001: 2018 as well as information related to internal preparations that must be prepared by UPNVJ

The Chancellor of UPNVJ hopes that UPNVJ can follow Ubaya's example, which is far from superior in terms of accreditation. Hopefully the output of this activity can be in accordance with our expectations.
