As for outdoor material, it is hoped that the participants will be able to face all forms of their work fields wherever they are," said Major Immal

"The participants were also taught how to live in the Pusdiklat, starting from the process of eating, sleeping, lining up, practicing team cohesiveness, and this is all expected to instill discipline in the dikwal participants, not only that, these various training series are expected to increase the sense of mutual respect and responsibility as well as having the character of defending the country, there is no violence in this training. In addition to class and outdoor materials, we also provide an evening activity called caraka malam, this evening's caraka aims to train mastery of fear, self-confidence and cooperation, "he concluded

"The obstacles we experienced during the training as trainers were actually things that did not become an obstacle, only small obstacles, this was triggered by the diverse backgrounds of the participants starting from work, ethnicity and religion," he continued

"Hopefully the UPN Veterans Dikwal participants from all over Indonesia can apply the knowledge we have provided in their daily lives, have a good work ethic, respect each other and have good loyalty," concluded Major Imal Mujjamil.
