The theme raised in the webinar is related to sexual violence that occurs in universities. In his presentation, Dr. Beniharmoni explained that sexual crimes are included in the graviora delicta category or the most serious crimes. Where some of the parameters of an act including graviora delicta are 1. The crime's impact on victimization is very broad and lasts a long time (lifetime); 2. The crime is super mala per se (very evil and despicable) and is highly condemned by the community ( people condemnation ) both nationally and internationally; 3. Having specially formed institutions (Komnas Perempuan, KPAI, etc.); 4. Crimes based on International Conventions; 5. There is a special law that regulates these actions (the Child Protection Law).

Universities must be sterile/clean from sexual violence.
