HumasUPNVJ - Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) will hold the 2025 Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Selection Based on Tests (UTBK- SNBT). This year, UPNVJ is trusted to be one of the UTBK centers with a total of 22,621 participants scheduled to take the exam during the implementation period. Every day, around 2,040 participants take the exam at two main locations: Pondok Labu Campus and Limo Campus.
It appeared that before 05.00 WIB the participants had arrived. Several parents were also seen dropping off their children and waiting in the drop zone provided.
On this occasion, the Chancellor of UPNVJ, Prof. Anter Venus, accompanied by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Henry Binsar Hamonangan Sitorus, gave an initial briefing to the committee and supervisors of the UPNVJ UTBK-SNBT in the Nusantara 1 Meeting Room, Rectorate Building, on Wednesday (23/04/25).
According to the Chancellor, this activity is an important event to be made a shared responsibility and to provide the best service.
"Implementing UTBK is not only an administrative task, but also a noble task. We at UPNVJ are honored to be part of an important process for the future of students throughout Indonesia, and this is also a noble mandate for us. All aspects of this activity are made professionally by following all applicable procedures and providing the best service from us," explained Venus.
In line with the Chancellor, Henry also said that this activity is a trust given by the Ministry of Education and Science and Technology to us, so we are obliged to do our best by referring to the applicable procedures.
"Thankfully, until this year we are still trusted to be the center of UTBK-SNBT. We all have a responsibility for this activity, follow all the existing rules, make sure there is no cheating in the exam," said Henry.
In the process, participants enter the exam location by first having their body temperature checked by the health team, then the participants' files are checked by the verification team, after the file verification is successful, participants go to the waiting room until the time the participants are invited to enter the exam room, before entering the exam room, a check will be carried out with a metal detector.
In addition to technical readiness, the committee also prepared health services, information assistance, and integrated security so that participants feel safe and comfortable during the exam.
