The National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) held a briefing activity for 323 supervisors and 15 Location Persons in Charge (PJL) of UTBK-SNBT 2025 on Thursday, April 17, 2025. This activity was held at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Hall, Pondok Labu Campus, as part of a series of preparations for the implementation of UTBK-SNBT which will take place from April 23 to May 5, 2025.
This briefing aims to ensure that all supervisors understand the examination implementation procedures as well as their respective roles and responsibilities in maintaining the smooth running and integrity of the test-based national selection.
Deputy Chief Executive Dr. dr. Ria Maria Theresa, Sp.KJ, MH in her speech emphasized the importance of the role of supervisors in maintaining the quality and credibility of UTBK-SNBT. "As supervisors, we not only carry out technical tasks, but also become the vanguard in ensuring that the selection process runs fairly, objectively, and is free from fraudulent practices," said Ria.
The supervisors who attended came from various units and faculties within UPNVJ, including lecturers and education staff. In the briefing session, participants were given a comprehensive understanding of:
• Procedures for implementing UTBK-SNBT
• Supervision rules and ethics
• Handling technical and non-technical constraints
• Incident reporting system during the exam
The Coordinator of the Implementation of UTBK-SNBT UPNVJ 2025, Fajar Nugroho, S.Kom, MP, said that UPNVJ has prepared 30 examination rooms with a total of 1,020 computer devices spread across two campus locations, the Pondok Labu Campus and the Limo Depok Campus.
Simulations and trials have been conducted previously to ensure the readiness of the infrastructure and software to be used.
"We hope that all supervisors can carry out their duties with full responsibility, prioritizing integrity, and providing the best service for exam participants," said Fajar.
With the direction that has been implemented, UPNVJ is optimistic that the implementation of UTBK-SNBT 2025 will run smoothly, safely, and professionally, and provide a comfortable and fair exam experience for all participants.
