HumasUPNVJ – The Alumni Association of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta (IKA UPNVJ) held a coordination meeting facilitated directly by the university on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

This activity is not only a strategic momentum to prepare the IKA UPNVJ work plan for the future, but also a means of fostering friendship between alumni from various generations and the UPNVJ academic community.

Taking place in the Nusantara 2 Meeting Room, Pondok Labu Campus, the meeting was attended by the IKA UPNVJ management, alumni representatives from various faculties, and the UPNVJ leadership. A warm atmosphere and spirit of togetherness colored the entire series of events.

Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Cooperation, and Information Systems, Dr. dr. Ria Maria Theresa, SpKJ, MH in her speech expressed her appreciation for the alumni's contribution in supporting the progress of the campus.

"Alumni are an important part of the university's development. Through close collaboration, we can together bring the good name of UPNVJ to a wider arena," he said.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of IKA UPNVJ, Suparwo Abdullah, S.Kom, emphasized the importance of synergy between alumni and universities in various strategic programs, including strengthening professional networks, improving the quality of graduates, and social contributions in society.

The activity ended with an open discussion session and friendly atmosphere with UPNVJ Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA., Comm which further strengthened the relationship between alumni and the university.

It is hoped that the collaboration between IKA UPNVJ and UPNVJ will be increasingly solid in supporting the university's vision as a superior and globally competitive National Defense campus.
