The implementation of the Computer-Based Written Exam (UTBK) which lasted for 12 days at the UTBK-SNBT center of the “Veteran” Development University of Jakarta (UPNVJ) received intensive supervision from the Internal Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) team. This team worked actively to ensure that the entire process ran according to procedure, from the preparation stage to the implementation of the exam every day.

Supervision is carried out at various strategic points, including the exam room, server room, and participant registration area. The Internal Monev Team also ensures that security and order protocols are strictly maintained for the convenience and smoothness of the UTBK process.

"We have been monitoring directly since the first day. Every technical or non-technical obstacle is immediately followed up so as not to disrupt the exam," said Lidya Primta Surbakti, as the coordinator of the Internal Monitoring and Evaluation team, Monday, May 5, 2025.

"The implementation of UTBK at UPNVJ for 12 days has been carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP)," he continued.

UTBK 2025 at UPNVJ has undergone significant changes in terms of supervision. This year, the Internal Monitoring and Evaluation Team has been strengthened by the addition of team members and supervision at two exam locations, namely UPNVJ Pondok Labu and UPNVJ Limo. This change ensures that the entire UTBK process runs smoothly and effectively.

"Different from the implementation of UTBK in previous years, we were able to conduct monitoring in more detail and integrated. With 23 exam sessions lasting 12 days, our supervision went very well," said Lidya.

"The entire implementation of UTBK can be monitored effectively, and any obstacles that arise can be resolved immediately," he continued.

In addition to conducting routine checks, the Internal Monev team also documents every activity and compiles daily reports as material for evaluating the implementation of UTBK as a whole. This report is the basis for improving services and governance for the implementation of the next university entrance selection.

A complete report of the monitoring results and recommendations will be prepared soon as evaluation material to ensure better implementation of the exam in the future.
