On Haikal's occasion, the competition was quite tight, attended by hundreds of great young men and women from all over the city of Tangerang.
"The competition is quite tight and this competition is participated by hundreds of great and extraordinary young men and women with Tangerang city ID cards which is organized by the Tangerang city Youth and Sports Service and the Tangerang city government under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports," he explained.
In this event, Haikal Kasyfi competed with participants from various sub-districts in Tangerang City and managed to stand out through his extraordinary communication and leadership skills. As the Second Place Winner, Haikal was entitled to represent Tangerang City in the Inter-Provincial Youth Exchange (PPAP) program and had the opportunity to take part in further selection to the provincial and national levels of Tangerang City.
“Honestly, this is my first time participating in the Tangerang City Youth Ambassador competition in the Inter-Provincial Youth Exchange category. Therefore, I did not have high expectations to be able to win second place in the Tangerang City Youth Ambassador category PPAP. The achievement that I got motivated me to continue to compete actively to make the name of the UPNVJ campus proud. There was no special strategy that I did, practicing questions related to English, General reasoning tests, and knowledge related to culture and history in the city of Tangerang and Banten Province, as well as analyzing social education problems that occurred in Tangerang in order to create a visionary project,” he said.
Haikal also expressed his happiness because he did not have high expectations in this event.
"Of course, the feeling I experienced was very happy, because I didn't have high expectations in this activity. I was only committed and tried my best for myself during the Tangerang city youth ambassador competition. Of course, after the achievement I got, I have a focus to complete the next competition challenge at the provincial level to represent the city of Tangerang and bring honor to the city of Tangerang, Pinang sub-district where I grew up, and for my friends at UPNVJ, my message with strong intentions and determination, believe that we can do our best to bring honor to the good name of UPNVJ," he concluded.
Haikal's success not only makes UPNVJ proud, but also inspires other students to actively participate in youth activities and self-development. UPNVJ continues to support its students to excel in various fields, both academic and non-academic, in order to produce a competent and highly competitive young generation.
