International Collaboration, UPNVJ Faculty of Law Opens Adjunct Professorship with Dr. Nazli Bin Ismail from Malaysia

 

The Faculty of Law of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (FH UPNVJ) opened an Adjunct Professor program with Dr. Nazli Bin Ismail from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia, to strengthen international cooperation and academic quality of FH UPNVJ.

The event took place in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the UPNVJ Faculty of Law, opened by Dean Dr. Suherman, SH, LL.M., attended by leaders, lecturers, and students, on Monday (13/10/25).

Dean Dr. Suherman welcomed Dr. Nazli and expressed his hope that the program would facilitate the transfer of global legal knowledge. Dr. Nazli, a senior legal expert at UniSZA, expressed his gratitude and commitment to contributing to international legal insights. He emphasized collaboration between countries in addressing transnational legal issues.

This program supports the internationalization agenda of the Faculty of Law (FH) of UPNVJ through teaching, joint research, and knowledge exchange. UniSZA has established similar collaborations with other Indonesian universities, such as the Indonesian University of Education, for student exchanges and joint publications. This initiative aligns with Minister of Education and Technology Regulation No. 39/2025, which encourages the internationalization of higher education in Indonesia.

FH UPNVJ is committed to opening cross-border collaborations to produce competitive graduates on the global stage.
