UPNVJ Public Relations – The National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) continues to strengthen its commitment to preparing superior and globally competitive graduates by providing free international competency certification for active students.
This program is intended for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Faculty of Law (FH), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Faculty of Computer Science (FIK), and Faculty of Engineering (FT) at the Bachelor and Diploma Three levels from the Class of 2022, 2023, and 2024.
There are two types of certifications offered: Microsoft Excel Specialist (Excel) and Information Technology Specialist - Data Analytics. These two certifications represent concrete steps by UPNVJ in integrating mastery of information technology and data analysis as core competencies for students in the digital age.
This activity is the result of a collaboration between UPNVJ and Multimatics, an internationally licensed training institution specializing in information technology and digital certification. Through this partnership, students gain access to a global exam, with a certificate of completion issued directly by Microsoft. As a result, successful participants will receive internationally recognized professional competency.
"So, Multimatics is the institution that facilitates this certification. We have the opportunity to collaborate with UPNVJ again this year. The certificates that successful participants will receive will be issued directly by Microsoft," explained Dinda Maulida, one of the Multimatics mentors interviewed by the UPNVJ Public Relations Team.
A total of 708 students registered to take this certification exam. Before the main exam, participants underwent a pre-test and intensive tutorials to prepare for the globally certified exam format and materials.
The certification exam was held offline at the Pondok Labu Campus, specifically in the Soetomo Building and the Library, 2nd Floor, for two days, from October 30 to 31, 2025. "For certificates, you can obtain them independently directly on the Certiport website," he told participants during a briefing before the exam began.
