UPN Veteran Jakarta Holds 2025 Musrenja, Focusing on Budget Efficiency and Strategic Quality

UPNVJ Public Relations - Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) held the 2025 Work Plan Conference (Musrenja) on December 14-16, 2025, at the Aston Hotel, Sentul, West Java. The event was led by Rector Prof. Dr. Anter Venus and attended by all university and faculty leaders. The event aimed to develop an efficient 2026 work program aligned with the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for higher education.

During the meeting, the Chancellor emphasized budget efficiency in line with work needs, including strategic planning priorities for the next three to four years. This meeting was preceded by pre-work meetings in various work units a week earlier, which discussed evaluations of the past year, such as the addition of new study programs, the improvement of Unggul accreditation, and so on.

The pre-musrenja also serves as a foundation for governance transformation, with guidance from the Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education (Sekdikjen Dikti) regarding the Impactful Science and Technology Index (IKU), which emphasizes graduate absorption capacity, research contributions, and support for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this approach, UPNVJ is committed to strengthening sustainable quality and accountability, in line with its National Defense Campus vision.

The 2025 Musrenja is expected to produce a measurable follow-up plan, including a roadmap for functional lecturer and research positions, to support UPNVJ's national ranking, which will be second in the IKU (Information Technology Index) in 2025. This will strengthen the university's position in facing the challenges of national higher education.
