UPNVJ Holds Pre-Musrenja 2026, Presents Secretary General of Higher Education, Discusses Science and Technology IKU Impact on Strategic Planning

 

UPNVJ Public Relations - The Jakarta Veteran National Development University (UPNVJ) held a 2026 Pre-Work Plan Meeting (Pra Musrenja) at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, on Wednesday (10/12/25).

The event featured Prof. Dr. dr. med. Setiawan, Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, as the main speaker who presented the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) of Impactful Diktisaintek.

This activity aims to develop next year's strategic program to be more focused, efficient, and aligned with national higher education targets. This initiative involves university leaders reviewing priorities, including land use and budgets, to support institutional transformation.

UPNVJ Rector Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm, in his remarks emphasized the role of the Pre-Musrenja as a crucial moment to ensure each program is on target, budgeted, and timely. He explained that this agenda helps identify priorities based on previous achievements, so that all activities are integrated with the university's strategic plan.

Meanwhile, Vice Rector for Planning, General Affairs, and Finance Prof. Netti Herawati, M.Si., added that this activity became the foundation for better planning, including discussions on asset utilization and future fund allocation.

The Impactful Higher Education IKU (IKU Diktisaintek Berdampak), as explained by the resource person, focuses on improving the quality of higher education through graduate retention in the workforce, competency relevance, and impactful research contributions. This program bridges knowledge with concrete action, supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and strengthens higher education governance.

UPNVJ is committed to implementing these indicators for operational efficiency and quality improvement, in line with the Ministry's directives.
