This activity is part of UPNVJ's transformation efforts as a state university that continuously improves human resource capacity. The training outcomes are expected to be directly implemented in all official campus events, from graduations and ceremonies, anniversary ceremonies, international seminars, and guest visits.
Prof. Venus added, "This training reflects UPNVJ's commitment to achieving orderly, professional, and authoritative governance. Well-trained teaching staff will strengthen the reputation of the national defense campus in the eyes of the community and national and international partners."
