UPNVJ Presents New Student Admission Pathways on the Main Stage of IIETE 2026, Invites Students to Visit Booth at JICC

UPNVJ Public Relations — The Public Relations of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) presented information on the new student admission pattern to visitors of the *Indonesia International Education & Training Expo* (IIETE) 2026 through a presentation session on the main stage, Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC) Senayan, Thursday (12/2). In the presentation, UPNVJ Public Relations, Disa Prihantini explained the three main paths of UPNVJ entrance selection, namely SNBP (National Selection Based on Achievement), SNBT-UTBK (National Selection Based on Computer-Based Written Tests), and SEMA (Independent Selection).

Disa explained that the independent pathway at UPNVJ consists of several schemes. "Within the UPNVJ Independent Selection pathway, there are academic and achievement pathways. In addition, UPNVJ also offers opportunities through the SMMPTN West Region (Western Region State University Independent Entrance Selection) as one of the independent pathway options, followed by state universities in the western region, one of which is UPNVJ," he explained.

Disa added that prospective student interest in UPNVJ has shown a strong trend year after year. "UPNVJ has had very strong interest in previous years. With such enthusiasm, UPNVJ has made the campus environment and facilities even better, making them accessible to the public. Furthermore, UPNVJ has also achieved numerous achievements, enabling it to compete with other state universities," he said.

The high enthusiasm of visitors was evident from the numerous questions received throughout the session. One questioner, Salman from SMAN 93, requested a more detailed explanation of the SEMA mechanism and the components of education costs at UPNVJ. In response, UPNVJ's Public Relations explained in detail the differences between SEMA and the national pathway, starting from the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) to the exam process. Disa emphasized that information on the selection pathway, provisions, and official updates are accessible through UPNVJ's new student admissions channel, and can be consulted directly at the booth during the exhibition.

UPNVJ's participation in IIETE 2026 extends beyond presentation sessions. UPNVJ also offers in-person information services through a booth operating throughout the expo **until Sunday (February 15th)**, allowing students, parents, and teachers to obtain comprehensive information on study program options, admission pathways, and academic and student services.

Disa, representing the UPNVJ Public Relations Team, encouraged students to take advantage of this opportunity. She encouraged those preparing for further studies to come in person, discuss the matter, and confirm information from official sources. "Please visit the UPNVJ booth. We are ready to help explain the admission process and what needs to be prepared," she said.

UPNVJ is committed to providing open, accessible, and accountable student admissions information services.
