UPNVJ Public Relations – Ahead of the 2026 National Selection Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK-SNBT) which will take place on April 21–30, 2026, the Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) reminds all participants to prepare thoroughly before taking the exam. This preparation includes completing administrative requirements, complying with regulations, and being ready to arrive on time at the exam location. The official schedule for the 2026 UTBK is set to begin on April 21, 2026.
As one of the centers for the 2026 UTBK-SNBT, UPNVJ emphasizes the importance of participant discipline to ensure an orderly, safe, and smooth exam process. Previously, UPNVJ had also finalized the readiness of its technological infrastructure, human resources, and examination rooms to support the implementation of the national-standard UTBK.
The UTBK-SNBT Center at UPNVJ has established a dress code that all participants must adhere to. Participants are required to wear neat and modest clothing, such as short- or long-sleeved shirts, trousers or long skirts, and closed-toe shoes. Casual clothing such as t-shirts, jackets, hoodies, and sweaters is prohibited. Participants are also prohibited from wearing sandals, open-toe shoes, sweatpants, jogger pants, ripped jeans, or excessive accessories, including watches.
For female participants wearing headscarves, they are permitted to wear them as long as they comply with the applicable dress code. Compliance with this rule is essential to maintain order, uniformity, and a smooth examination process before the exam begins.
In addition to paying attention to dress code, participants are also asked to prepare all required documents. The 2026 UTBK Participant Card is mandatory as a primary requirement for taking the exam. For participants from the class of 2026, the required documents are an original Grade 12 certificate signed by the principal and containing the name, NISN, NPSN of the school, and a recent passport photo. Meanwhile, graduates of 2024 and 2025 are required to bring an original or legalized diploma. All participants must also bring official identification, such as a KTP or SIM. The general requirements for participant documents are also in line with UPNVJ's official information regarding the 2026 UTBK-SNBT requirements and reminders of UTBK implementation at UPNVJ in previous years.
UPNVJ also urges participants to check the exam location the day before to avoid taking the wrong route and delays. On the exam day, participants must occupy their assigned seats. They must also write their name and number on the provided scratch paper and sign it as part of the exam procedures.
Through this appeal, UPNVJ hopes that all 2026 UTBK-SNBT participants will attend with optimal preparation and comply with all applicable regulations. Participant discipline is crucial to supporting the orderly, smooth, and credible implementation of the national selection, while also reflecting prospective students' readiness to enter higher education. UPNVJ has declared its readiness to serve as the 2026 UTBK-SNBT center, supported by facilities and systems that are continuously being refined in the lead-up to the event.
