UPNVJ Public Relations – The Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Cooperation, and Information Systems of the “Veteran” National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ), Dr. Ria Maria Theresa, directly monitored the implementation of health tests for prospective new students who passed the 2026 UTBK-SNBT pathway.
The activity, which took place at the Merce Building, UPNVJ Limo Campus, on Tuesday (2/6/2026), was part of the university's efforts to ensure that all stages of new student admissions run smoothly, orderly, and according to established standards.
According to Fajar Nugroho, the Coordinator of New Student Admissions at UPNVJ, 2,363 students are required to take the health test this year. The health check is a crucial step in the registration process for prospective new students before entering college.
The health screenings include a drug-free test for all prospective new students and a color blindness test specifically for prospective new students in the Medical Program. Through these steps, UPNVJ strives to ensure that prospective new students meet the health requirements as per applicable regulations.
During the monitoring, Dr. Ria directly reviewed the readiness of staff, the completeness of facilities and infrastructure, participant comfort, and the smooth flow of services during the examination process. Monitoring was conducted at several checkpoints to ensure all stages were running effectively and without significant obstacles.
Dr. Ria Maria Theresa stated that the health test is an important part of the new student admissions process and must be carried out professionally, orderly, and with a focus on providing the best possible service to participants.
"We want to ensure that the entire series of health tests runs smoothly, orderly, and comfortably for prospective new students. From today's monitoring, we observed that staff are well-prepared, the facilities and infrastructure support the process, and the examination process follows procedures. This is crucial to ensure participants can undergo the examination process optimally and without any issues," said Dr. Ria.
He also expressed his appreciation to all committee members and health workers who supported the smooth implementation of the 2026 UPNVJ new student health tests.
"We would like to thank all the committee members and healthcare workers who have worked responsibly. UPN Veteran Jakarta is committed to continuing to provide high-quality, professional, and comfortable services at every stage of new student admissions," he concluded.
