UPNVJ–Polri Establish Strategic Cooperation in Education, Research, and Human Resources Development

 

UPNVJ Public Relations – The National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) and the Indonesian National Police Headquarters (Mabes Polri) strengthened synergy in the field of education and human resource development through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in the Nusantara 1 Meeting Room of UPNVJ, Thursday (18/6/2026).

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was carried out by the Head of the UPNVJ Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation Bureau together with the Head of the Education and Training Program Policy Sub-Division of the Education and Training Policy Section of the SSDM Polri Research and Strategy Bureau, AKBP Dian Mustika, SH, SIK, MA, who represented the National Police Headquarters.

The Memorandum of Understanding serves as a foundation for UPNVJ and the National Police Headquarters to enhance collaboration through the provision of education, studies, research, community service, and institutional development.

The scope of cooperation includes the provision of education, research, and community service; institutional assessment and development; exchange and utilization of data and/or information; competence improvement and human resource utilization; and utilization of facilities and infrastructure.

Through this collaboration, UPNVJ and the National Police Headquarters are expected to be able to develop joint programs that support increasing human resource capacity, knowledge exchange, implementing strategic studies, and community service activities.

This activity was also attended by the ranks of the Indonesian National Police Human Resources Staff, namely the Head of the Regional Military Training and Education Division of the Indonesian National Police (SDM) Senior Commissioner of Police Guntur Sunoto, SIK, MH; Head of Sub-Division of the Regional Military Training and Education Division of the Indonesian National Police (SDM) Supervisor Harun Al Ihsan, SA, S.Kom., M.Tr.AP; the Advanced Implementing Administration Bhayangkara of the Regional Military Training and Education Division of the Indonesian National Police (SDM) Brigadier Bitus Kustanjung, SH, MH; and the Implementing Administration Bhayangkara of the Regional Military Training and Education Division of the Indonesian National Police (SDM) Brigadier Andi Tenri Waru.

UPNVJ hopes this Memorandum of Understanding can be followed up through measurable and sustainable programs. This collaboration is also expected to strengthen scientific development, improve the quality of human resources, and provide tangible benefits to the institution, society, and the nation.
