UPNVJ Public Relations – Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) is opening admissions for its Bachelor of Logistics Engineering program for the 2026/2027 academic year. Thirty-five seats are available through UPNVJ's Special Independent Selection, with registration taking place from July 31 to August 4, 2026. The opening of this study program under the Faculty of Engineering is UPNVJ's step in preparing graduates capable of meeting the challenges of the logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and digital transformation industries.
The UPNVJ Logistics Engineering Undergraduate Study Program officially obtained permission to open after the university received a decision letter from the Higher Education Service Institution Region III on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. UPNVJ has also obtained approval for the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Fee (IPI) rates from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology through a letter dated July 29, 2026.
The initial intake of 35 students is expected to support a focused and optimal learning process. Students will receive academic guidance, practice-based learning, laboratory activities, case studies, applied research, and opportunities to collaborate with business and industry.

For students accepted through the Special Independent Selection, the UKT (UKT) and IPI (Income Allowance) are set into three groups: Rp25 million, Rp30 million, and Rp35 million. The UKT and IPI groups are determined in accordance with the provisions and mechanisms in force at UPNVJ.

Prospective participants must be high school (SMA), vocational high school (SMK), Islamic high school (MA), or equivalent graduates who meet the requirements for the UPNVJ Special Independent Selection. Focus on Urban and Digital Logistics
UPNVJ's Logistics Engineering Undergraduate Program is developed with a focus on urban and digital logistics. This focus is designed to address various issues related to distribution in urban areas, intermodal transportation integration, warehousing and inventory management, e-commerce, and last-mile delivery.
The program's curriculum consists of 146 semester credit units. Students will learn the foundations of mathematics, science, information technology, and engineering before delving into areas such as logistics systems planning, supply chain management, data analytics, artificial intelligence, logistics automation, information systems, urban and multimodal transportation, and warehousing and inventory management.
Students can also strengthen their competencies through elective courses, including Humanitarian Supply Chain, Halal Logistics, Cold Chain, Healthcare Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Vehicle Routing, and Last-Mile Delivery Systems. The curriculum also provides opportunities to participate in the Impact Campus program, which includes industrial internships, research, entrepreneurship, student exchanges, humanitarian projects, and community service.
This study program guides graduates toward three main profiles: Professional Logistics Engineer, Technopreneur, and Lifelong Learner. Graduates are expected to be able to design, manage, evaluate, and optimize technology-based logistics systems while developing innovations and businesses in the logistics and supply chain sectors.
Learning development will be strengthened through collaboration with the government, state-owned enterprises, private companies, logistics service providers, manufacturing companies, professional associations, and international institutions. This collaboration includes curriculum alignment, internships, practitioner engagement in learning, joint research, and the development of solutions to national logistics problems.
The Logistics Engineering Study Program is also geared towards becoming a center for scientific development and innovation in the fields of intelligent logistics and sustainable logistics. The use of technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data, and logistics information systems will be crucial in preparing graduates who are adaptable to industry developments.
