HumasUPNVJ - The Chancellor of UPN Veteran Jakarta gave awards to educators and education staff in 2019. This award event was held as a form of appreciation for lecturers and education staff who have been dedicated and accomplished in improving the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

In an audience with UPNVJ Chancellor Erna Hernawati said that UPNVJ is currently ranked 77th out of 3,400 universities. He also conveyed what UPNVJ needed at this time and what was needed to adapt UPNVJ's own vision.

The Chancellor also said " Currently UPNVJ requires real commitment, not just words, because with real commitment we will achieve the expected achievements, " he said.

The award categories given are Lecturers who are highly dedicated in improving student achievement, Lecturers who are highly dedicated in carrying out Scientific publications, Journal managers who are highly dedicated in managing periodicals well within the UPNVJ environment, Lecturers who are awarded the Research and Technology Higher Education community service grant for the 2018 period /2019, Best Education Personnel Award and Faculty of Economics and Business Award for Acquiring International Recognition of the Accounting Curriculum for the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Study Program the best ranking for lecture preparation Internal Audit Version and the Best Driver Award.

The following are highly dedicated lecturers in improving student achievement:

1. dr. Alfida Aziz, MM as a dedicated lecturer in guiding the student choir team won 2nd place in the equal voices category and 3rd place in the Mixed Voices category at the 2019 Singapore International Choral Festival.
2. Taufik Maryusman, S.Gz, M.Gz as a dedicated lecturer in guiding a team of students from the Entrepreneurship Student Creativity Program who passed the 32nd National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS) 2019.
3. Dr. dr. Soroy Lardo Sp.PD who is dedicated to guiding the student team won 1st place in the multicenter research category at the 2018 National Scientific Meeting event.
4. Heru Sugiyono, SH, MH as a dedicated lecturer in guiding the student team won 1st place in the National Moot Court Competition Anti Money Laundering V USAKTI 2018.
5. Ika Nurlaili Isnainiyah, S.Kom., M.Sc who is dedicated to guiding student teams won 2nd place in the 2019 UNITY Software Development National Competition event.
6. Rio Wirawan, S.Kom., MMSI who is dedicated in guiding the student team to win 3rd place in the 2019 MAFINDO National Fact Check Contest
7. A'imatul Fauziah, S.Gz., M.Si as a dedicated lecturer in guiding a team of Nutrition Study Program students to win 3rd place at the National level in the National Scientific Writing activity on Optimizing the use of local food in realizing food security at Pasundan University February 2019 .
8. Ns. Wiwin Winarti, M. Epid., MN and Ns. Arief Wahyudi Jadmiko, M.Kep as a dedicated lecturer in guiding a team of students of the Bachelor of Nursing Study Program in becoming 2nd place in the field of Speech Contest and 3rd place in the field of Nursing Olympics and ranked 4th in Literature Review at the 2018 Hilarius UGM National Level.
